Tattoo for a cause: Chloe, the nearly-5-month-old blood hound/black labrador, needs surgery for a fatal liver condition. Raffle tickets for a free tattoo from Sarenity Apparel, Tattoos & Piercing in Birchwood Mall are being sold for $1 to raise money for her sugery.
